Hi everybody,I'm almost through reading my first Bigger Pockets real estate investing book and decided to supplement my learning with engaging in the BP community.I'm a 24 year old working in IT, looking to find other streams of income outside of my 9-5.

I think this looks like a nice home for somebody to live in and help supplement the mortgage or have a family member they want to provide housing for. 

I really started with initially wanting a buy and hold portfolio that would supplement my annual income and I still want that but I dont see that as possible for at least 5 years.

We supplement those mailings with an "inherited Property" list we get (which is smaller but a great list).

I graduated in 2015 with a Finance degree but went the entrepreneur route to learn new skills and build other income streams that can supplement my job and lead me ultimately to financial freedom.

This is why the Medicare Advantage and Medical Supplement businesses are booming big time.

I also suggest they supplement with window units. 

If required, the lender can do supplements to the credit report for any updates?

it would actually be better for your brother to ditch his friend and start his own business and work part time at a different company to supplement income. being in the trades I can tell you first hand that 90% of the co-workers I've ever had have pipedreams of quiting their job and starting their own businesses, which is fine but they don't have enough work, already have huge debts, don't understand business expenses & when they do start a co they end up behind on their taxes etc.

Your equity is returned during equity events, i.e. supplemental loans, refinance, and primarily sale.You can certainly earn more doing your own deals, but the beauty of syndication for passive investors is just that, the passiveness.
