Being brand new to REI I have been reading through endless concepts on how to muster up capital, what types and classes of properties to acquire, whether or not to keep an asset or sell, how to structure for tax benefits, etc. 

CI is not a scam, because there is opportunity in the maze.

Tenants do like the "endless stream of hot water", but did not notice any real difference in their gas/water bills.  

I'm endlessly searching for someone to do tenant placement services in Elyria with no luck.

It has everything you need from free online videos and educational courses to having the ability to post blogs and connect with other investors, the possibilities are endless!

Im adding that to my list of options, like real estate in general, the options seem endless, thanks for the feedback.
