The guy's current home may be considered involuntary confinement, sounds like this could be an occasional place he visits.

I use Zillow and Cozy to post availability and then Transunion smartmove for background checks.

One, in particular, is Cozy.

Cozy is great and has a ton of functionality. 

I'm looking into RentRedi (versus Cozy/TenantCloud) but worry that some tenants will have trouble with the mobile app only structure. 

I always happy to accommodate a late rent payment with the late fee.If you have Cozy your tenant can pay by credit card on time and it will still be less than the late fee.

If it's super small, they call it "cozy".

He could put 20% down on a rather nice, cozy comfortable home and just move out in 60 days.

I'm familiar with some websites that simply don't allow links to commercial enterprises, but it seems odd that I could shill your company all I want, like I recommend Cozy,  but you can't.Back to topic, I've just use Craigslist for at least 16 years but just advertised a vacancy on Zillow as well and was surprised with the number of responses via it and its partners.

All the work is done in the confines of the entity...All that being said, you must have a lot of trust in this couple.
