Enough room to eat, sleep, shower, and study with actual privacy instead of a noisy dorm room or apartment complex

A landlord would be subject to a suit for doing this as Texans value their privacy-Someone watching the unit and taking pictures? 

I'm a big fan of as many pictures as possible, interior and exterior.. and if your property has ANY kind of a nice view OR has a geographical context that provides value (think PRIVACY, WOODED buffer from other cabins or roads) then aerial photos tell that story really well.   

Areas that are North to Seattle: some of our family live further north, and we want to stay relatively close to them.2. an hour-ish driving commute to Downtown Seattle and Bellevue / Redmond3. house hacking with privacy (basically do not share living room, kitchen, bathroom etc) and preferably with separate entrances4.

The owner could then "restructure" (IE add extra doors) the house to maximize privacy and give it a feel of a separate unit.

. - usually in the backyard behind privacy fence so don’t make the neighborhood unsightly.

I do the same thing for privacy reasons. 

The privacy issue:The owner listed the property for sale in Feb 2019 and did not notify the residents.

This will be the first house I ever own (if the offer goes through) and I went in looking specifically for features and a layout that would allow me privacy between my living space and the rental space, and I think I've found it.

It gives limited liability along with privacy.
