The only time it was quick was 2021 and until November of 2022...that crazy ship has sailed.....and those houses did not directly back up to the cemetery.

Anyone have experience building shipping container homes?

We're removing drugs, non & late payers, unsightly dilapidated homes & shipping containers (for on-site furniture store).

The money comes in more steadily from the cruise ships which dock there.

Have everything drop shipped to house and have a handyman put it together based on your instructions.
