I've been converting shipping containers since 2010 and have complete 14 containers to date. Expert at utilizing small spaces as I was a interior contractor in NYC.

Interesting topic and one I've been interested in for some time.

When you say that you've been converting containers, do you mean for your own rental properties or as a contractor for someone else?

Do you buy vacant lots and set them on foundations? What kind of code issues have you had to deal with? Are the housing departments open to it or do you have to giht them pretty hard?
