When you say you have the full architectural plans do you mean you have the building permit ready to go or just got the architectural plans?

I have 3 years of drafting/architectural design classes.

I also have career experience in commercial architecture and contract furniture. 

I went to school for Architecture, worked as a millworker designer/drafted, then in the design field (mostly apartment renovations for housing authorities) followed by a few years working for a commercial general contractor (management end).

I was an architecture and design major before I started my career in RE and it always shows through in my projects.

To a Californian all the architecture looks the same and everything looks relatively cheap.  

Then, they decided that they wanted the garage in the front of the house, so our architectural designer (and son) rushed a re-design and in a few weeks came up with this new style.
