@Steven McCutcheon Well I am unsure at the moment but I am currently looking in the Bergen County area alongside other potential areas such as in Hudson County.

I find the real stories like yours more valuable than the home run stories that have no hiccups along the way.

I suppose if you do another one of these you will run into hiccups with the age of these buildings.
