Hello, from NE Alabama. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Wayne. I'm a 9 to 5ver (actually 6:30 to 3) looking to get out and make myself and wife some real money. I have little to no experience. Working 6 days a week I have little time to research. This being said. Should I take the risk? I say yes, but am having problem convincing the Misses. What area should I persue? Rehabbing, Short Sales, Wholesales? I need a little bit of a nudge here. :lol: Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
