Ever since I went to IUP (Indiana University of Pennsylvania), I would constantly browse around to look at house prices & compare it to what the average student was paying.

I was browsing through redfin and I noticed that homes can be purchased for as low as 50k!

I don't use them anymore since their leases went online and I find the user interface clunky.

Probably can't get that lucky these days with how popular they are, but it might be worth a browse. 

Plus you need a monitoring ability that can handle dozens of camera systems from one central interface (assuming you are scaling larger).

Quickbooks, Xero, and Freshbooks are bookkeeping and accounting sites that are tailored to accommodate any type of business, the interface isn't really friendly for someone looking for a quick overview of their properties.Appfolio, Beaver, Buildium, Yardi, Rentroom, etc. are all property management sites that provide bookkeeping and accounting features tailored specifically for managing multiple units/properties, they also provide features such as maintenance request tracking and tenant screening.If you're just looking to keep track of the financials of your units and nothing else I'd say Quickbooks, Xero, or Freshbooks.

Our rental has 3 of them and they work great. 4k picture and the Roku interface is very easy to navigate.
