Student Rentals in Western PA
Ever since I went to IUP (Indiana University of Pennsylvania), I would constantly browse around to look at house prices & compare it to what the average student was paying. The area is extremely poor so houses are cheap (<$90,000). This has been something that I have thought about for an extensive time and while I haven't done lots of research, I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction of books to read or podcasts to listen to about the good and bad of student rentals. Obviously you have the potential for a kid destroying your house but I just feel as though the upside potential is huge. Any input/past experiences would be excellent. Thank you all, Jake
