Looking for ideas.The property was purchase a decade ago, but since buying the land the owners have added their primary residence, a secondary residence (that they Airbnb), and now a wedding venue. 

However, the screening, evaluation and more importantly, ensuring you have a good grasp on ARV will be key in finding your property.I recently linked up with a wholeseller in the area and will be exploring that venue a bit more.  

I am going to divide it into two parts, the venue itself and my experience.

Is the property centrally located to any big attractors/venues/reasons for guests to need a place to stay?

I agree with Rick for sure it is a relationship business, and conferences are the best venue.

What this means is that you combine, and compliment different venues of marketing (which no one seems to be doing, which is baffling to me).So you create a website/landing page where you provide amazing content that will have people love you, trust you and convert.With the direct mail marketing then all you do is try to send people to your website.
