Direct Mailing with PostCards Advice

Hello BiggerPockets Family,

My name is Matt Beharrysingh and I am semi new to real estate investing, semi meaning that i have educated myself over the last 6 months on REI and I have done some DM marketing a few months ago. My financial situation has changed since then and I can no longer afford to pay a 3rd party company to send mail for me. So a few days ago I went to my local Post Office and bought 500 prepaid postcards. I have a High Equity Owner Occupied list of about 7,000 names. I narrowed that list down to the top 5 hottest zips and that gave me a list of about 2,200 names. My question with these postcards is should I mail all 500 to 500 different people or should I mail 100 and hit those same 100 people 5x? Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks All

Matt
