Our renters are extremely into plants, and we walked through the backyard with the boyfriend (on the lease as well as the woman) and told him our plants to remove and trim majorly - which he didn't protest to and seemed agreeable that it needed it.

@Peter T.My first deal in Austin 7 years ago was a 48 unit and I paid 4%.We third party manage ourselves now and we have a minimum of $1,200-1,500 or 6% whichever is higher.Also, we don't charge any other fees unless on an a la carte basis they want help with construction management, or tax protest or insurance help.
