I am currently a travel occupational therapist.

We are landlords not community therapists her feelings and personal experiences don’t matter to my rent or to my mortgage holder .

I’ve been self-employed for over 10 years (musician, massage therapist, landscaping, admin type consulting, data entry, catering, bartending, etc.) and somehow real estate has never been on my radar… until now!!

As of right now my full time job is as a Respiratory Therapist.

Like many others, I stumbled across the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" while I was in college studying to be a Physical Therapist. 

I still work a normal w-2 job as a physical therapist but work 4 10s so I get an additional day out of the week to work on my rental portfolio which is now north of 40 units in 2 years of investing.

It takes about two months of training to be certified as a financial planner and two years to be certified as a massage therapist .

In total, I would like to own 3 Multi-Family properties before purchasing a mixed use property in which I would like to use as a Physical Therapy cash practice space for outpatient orthopedics (I am a Physical Therapist as well).
