I know I'm just a random stranger on the internet, but if you assume for a second that I am a great marketer, what do you think I could do to best leverage my marketing skillset with real estate?

In Florida, Teen killed in motorcycle accident  ( highly suspect that his plan to claim on insurance went awry and strong prescription painkillers involved).Single person occupancy and he was the only person on lease.He was in the midst of moving out, but left behind starving animals, drug paraphernalia, junk.Now multiple strangers are driving around and selling off his 6 vehicles and have been staying in the house after his death. 

.…..that is irrelevant, he is a total stranger.

Now, I don't like talking with strangers on the phone but love talking with a FSBO on the phone.

Are you great at networking and communicating with strangers?

I'm relationally oriented (no one is a stranger to me) and a visionary.

The tenant will probably not want to be there during the work, but may not be happy about strangers in their home while they are not there.

Hard money lenders are typically companies/seasoned lenders who do mass quantities with steeper rates and lend to strangers.
