I'm actually at a standstill.

I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row, but hit a standstill when it comes to financing the rehab part.

I have two rental properties and I'm at a standstill in my eyes.

Basically capital is our main issue that has put us at a standstill, so does anyone know or have any advice as far as getting started with very little money to work with?

I'm at a bit of a standstill, I'm self-employed and all the lenders I've called require past 2 yr tax return.

At this point I don't know if I am at a stand still or if it is still possible to continue investing without the "pay stubs" to guarantee loans.  

The negotiation is at a stand still at the moment since the seller is asking for the maximum comps value in the area.

Due to a very large number of turnovers and repairs I am at a standstill on acquiring more properties until I get all of my large repairs done and empty houses rehabbed and rented. 

They did a quit claim deed and did not have title insurance.Sooooo….. the current owners agreed to pay the tax lien (subtract it from profits at closing) but they need the previous seller to sign off, which the are refusing.We’re at a stand still.

Seems like new constructions aren’t experiencing the problem, and if It was as widespread as the media claims It to be, the city growth would be at a standstill but people continue to flock to Cape Coral, IMO.
