They did a quit claim deed and did not have title insurance.Sooooo….. the current owners agreed to pay the tax lien (subtract it from profits at closing) but they need the previous seller to sign off, which the are refusing.We’re at a stand still.

Seems like new constructions aren’t experiencing the problem, and if It was as widespread as the media claims It to be, the city growth would be at a standstill but people continue to flock to Cape Coral, IMO.

The reason why I ask is most people tell me to deal with brokers, but brokers don't seem to have deals all the time so I feel as if I was on a stand still waiting for them to come up with something and most of the time when they do the deal doesn't make very good financial sense.
