The reason why I ask is most people tell me to deal with brokers, but brokers don't seem to have deals all the time so I feel as if I was on a stand still waiting for them to come up with something and most of the time when they do the deal doesn't make very good financial sense.

But I'm at a standstill regarding how he would recoop his $$ and make some on SFH rentals.

I currently own my land right out, ive paid a consultant 5k to walk me through everything from start to finish ( financing, blueprint etc) it’s been over 6 months and we’re at a stand still.

With the 3 im kind of at a stand still as to what to think about my market and wholesaling. 

Really, I feel like I'm at a stand still until I build my buyers list.

I'm sort of at a stand still right now and in need of some inexpensive ways to generate some leads to break this drought that I'm in. 

Other than sifting through the Notice to Creditors, working our due diligence to qualify these leads, we seem to be at a stand still. 

I'm very motivated and have been wanting to get into the real estate market but I'm at a standstill.

Current flip-to-rent project is unfortunately in a standstill while I await drywall :-(

Cal where I live, is very slow, almost to a stand still.
