I’m considering a place with a basement or an ADU for potential house hacking, just hesitant about renting out part of my home.I’ve been reading and listening for years and feel overwhelmed about where to start.

These large outfits have a staff of attorneys that can fight city hall.

We tried helping friends (who bought this investment for $20k) learn how to rehab and get ready for rent or sale, but they felt overwhelmed.

NO title insurance  NO going through escrow or a lawyer all my deals myself and staff we did the closings and prepped all the necessary docs to transfer title. 

That is the norm for the overwhelming number of investors, and the low-risk approach.

We are currently in the final stages of an AI driven software that is going to essentially allow us to manage co-living properties effectively, without any of the staff or operations typically needed by rental properties.

It’s a great strategy for new investors to start growing their wealth without feeling overwhelmed.

@Neal Coppola As mentioned above, inventory has increased significantly for these lots, but with that being said, the overwhelming majority of those aren't listed anywhere close to what I would consider a reasonable price.
