One Rental at a Time - is it allowed on BP?

A great way to build a portfolio is by adding one home at a time and there is a great discussion on the ability for investors to just get to 4 homes. Mike Zuber has an excellent story on how this is possible and probably an excellent way for the any new investor to develop their wealth.

@Chris Webb

We interviewed Michael Zuber on our podcast

And he interviewed us. Great dude, great business model, and has his priorities and goals in mind every time he does a deal. He doesn't need to scale for scale itself.

Our models are very similar. He does a few houses a year, we do a few multifamily properties per year. Our unit count is bigger, but we are both mindful of buying very good deals and NOT outgrowing our infrastructure.

The not so good news is that our models take a bit of time for results, not a ton.  It took us 18 months to find our first deal, but within a few years, real estate became full time for us.
