BTW SMS is going down hill fast due to regulatory and the networks shutting down spam SMS!   

If you buy lists make sure they flag do not call numbers so that you limit your contact to snail mail only.Email is pretty ineffective as it will usually get automatically moved by email software into a spam folder and you won't even get their eyeballs.If you have appetite to throw rehab into the mix (either flip or BRRRR) you can add Driving for Dollars. 

Her HR department could have internally recategorized her as "on-call / part time" 5 months ago, without her noticing or being aware (the notice is in her spam folder).

Try bankrate.com to find a lender (careful they will spam you with stuff if you fill all the info out, just contact the lenders listed directly) or call around, call mortgage brokers.

It's illegal (See the TCPA - the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and supremely obnoxious.EVERYBODY hates robocalls, ringless voicemails and spam texts.
