Jan and Feb are historically slow but a few suggestions I have are1.

I found, in my search, that you can’t easily use other people’s money to purchase in Mexico.

During the slow season, do you personally focus on getting more rentals, focus more on family/personal life, or do you do something else?

(I just searched MLS and there are 589 right now)  that is not counting off-market and wholesalers.
