Have you passed a Series 65 or similar licensing exam?

I build a lot of similar tools for my CFO clients, so I may be interested in discussing.

So if you are using that site or something similar you could very well over pay for the home.

Assuming we are talking about similar versions of co-living, I would argue it is higher.I own a co-living space in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Multi-story CBD office buildings in downtown urban areas are the product that is struggling.When you say temporary, infrequent use, are you speaking about leasing smaller Executive Offices or running a business similar to WeWork?

Working with the city to find a solution.There is a similar situation near me where an investor bought a short term rental house, rehabbed it, ran it for a while, and then got in trouble with the town after a neighbor complained and the town said short term rentals weren't allowed in the community. 

Seller dropped price by $30k BUT similar house across the street is selling for $12k less and in less disrepair.

This is similar to what I'm doing out in Los Angeles.
