I'm a big fan of move in silence because I don't seek most people's approval, nor do I need most people's advice.

If you say "uhm" a lot or are afraid of having silence, then you definitely need to eliminate that though lol.

Normally, the first one to break the silence "loses" and you might get the deal you want.  

This works like a charm and I am always amazed at how effective it is.Most people aren't comfortable with silence when talking with someone else.

When I ask a room full of investors what they think about deal type XYZ and I get coughs and silence, I know there's a good chance that's my next big profit deal type.That's how it is for mobile homes on land and parks and I'm darn glad a room full of old timers still choke and cough at buying a park or homes!!!!

That helped filter out all of the non-emergency calls....but when I saw the Call Center's number pop up on my caller ID I knew it was a legitimate issue.You should be able to set the call center criteria to whatever fits your situation using a combination of Google Voice numbers, call forwarding from your normal phone, and/or ring through apps that silence all calls except select numbers.

Know that any Non-Disparagment clause will silence all or part of your rights and you should make sure it is of Mutual Benefit.

Silence that noise- if you find a property that can help you get your feet wet and it might work for you personally, take a run at it. 

I wouldn't contact the municipality at all...silence is golden sometimes.
