This may sound dumb but if you can create a way to retracted messages that we send out to others by mistake or with misspelled words that could help.

Its already a tax advantaged plan since you get the money back via loan at the end of it and owe nothing in taxes.Ask your Accountant to retract s-corp status as far back as you can, I believe you can up to 3 years back with reasonable cause if he knows what he's doing.

I would have had the two LLCs 'c that was lending but I had to retract the s status because you cannot have more than 3 years of passive income in an s-corp .

Depending on what the BPO comes back with, you may be required to submit multiple contractor bids to substantiate why the price should go down, and you'll likely wait several weeks/months for a new response from the bank, but they might give in.In the meantime, depending on what the contract looks like, you may have earnest money at risk if the bank accepts your original offer.Personally, I think the ethical thing to do in this situation is to retract your offer based on the new information you have, and then submit a new offer based on your inspections.

Hi guys,This a retraction to a prevised post I entered in Nov.19 14 about Eddie Speed and a product I had brought and some how I couldn't get excess and finally I connected with a lady in Eddie Speed's organization thru Colonial Mortgage corp and she was able to take care of me.
