Did you find the repair man you are looking for?

The strange thing is, it doesn't trip all the time, so the repairman said it needed a new compressor.

I think you'll find MHP's are a very different animal and you'll need a manager that lives in the park who can be your eyes and ears as well as repairman and rent collector.

I'm thinking of asking a repairman/handyman person to fill this role.

I just assumed this needed to be someone besides a Cleaner or Repairman.

If so, I would call a repairman first, then look at replacing if it is old. 

We had one guy put too many towels in a washer, flood the bathroom and then complain that my appliance repair man with 25 years of experience was incompetent.

In fact, this should have been done before sending out a repairman.

Can anyone recommend a good GC and repair man in the Columbia area?

Update:  repairman said the broiler cannot be fixed ,the stove is not safe for anybody to use so the tenant that vacated left me a piece of crap I'm going to charge the $75 service call from the technician from her security deposit and I guess I will look for a used stove and charge her a portion or prorated  amount not sure how much need to try to fig out
