It would help us to understand the attainability of your goal if you would mention how many flips you have under your belt already.Assuming you are experienced, then I'd say move forward, full speed ahead--you can do it.If you are inexperienced, I would respectfully suggest you change from a $$$-oriented goal to a ### of transactions goal.Why?

I would love to do one where its like speed dating you get to spend 5 minutes with each person that shows up and connect.

Because of the speed and ease, of making and cleaning up, I think this is a habit I can maintain for the reset of my life

First, I control quality, cost, speed, etc.

Lexington is pulling in tons of new jobs and has a high demand for housing due to the speed at which it is growing.

Choosing a company with brand recognition and following (they have over 70k followers on Instagram) was also appealing for my goal of creating a rental home that people would seek out.
