Everyone's favorite answer in real estate---"it depends".That being said, you have to start somewhere to figure that out.

It depends on what municipality you are in here in the Tampa area.

Many have pulled out of insuring multifamily properties or only cover up to 4-unit buildings.While Allstate doesn’t have a unit cap, they do cap total coverage at $750K on a landlord policy—which is why I’m exploring options for supplemental coverage.The carrier raised my rate by ~86% on all three properties under this policy.

That 4% cap rate on in place financials is a lie.  

Interest rates doubled within a six month period of time and property sales almost completely stopped. 

Nightly rates and estimated revenue based on all the other units in the area?

Taxes/Insurance- depends a lot on where you are located.The homes themselves- POH or TOH? 

Long term interest rates should continue to increase.
