(I also do all of the advertising, tours/viewings, communications resulting from the advertising, but once all of the rooms are rented, and I am purely managing, how are property managing hours discerned, I suppose that's my question here.)

My purely hypothetical car wash mortgage client has 3 vending machines full of vastly overpriced car detailing stuff (next to a physical bulletin board showcasing some shiny freshly detailed sexy cars...), and one with snacks at normal vending machine markups (buys either at Costco, or whatever he finds on sale).GL.

people get great joy talking doom and gloom and Armageddon.I’ve been in the RE biz since 1978 and been thru several economic and market cycles.Stagflation in the 70s, 17% home loan rates in the early 1980s, the failure of 1/3 of American Savings and Loans in the early 1990s, the dot com boom the dot com bust, the subprime crisis in 2008, Covid………I’m probably forgetting a few.

I repair them myself (I knock out the cardboard stiles and replace them with solid pine) but the ones right out of the store are pure junk.

Costa Rica is expensive and it generally doesn't work from a pure investment point of view, unless you're not very demanding from an ROI point of view.
