For some reason, so many people think there is all this mysterious stuff that goes on which requires lawyers, real estate brokers, title companies, politicians and magicians to resolve.

Unfortunately in my state you have to be an important person (Politician) or prove to them with documentation that someone attempted to murder you at least 3 times.

Those politicians are the meanest SOBs I know. 

Plus, there are tons of laws that are on the books because some organization greased some politician to stifle competition that just plain piss me off.I don't think you'd get in any trouble putting a "we buy" sign on your own fence.

That will make life easier on small businesses like mine.But I learned long ago that politicians will always disappoint you.

I dont figure income tax advantage, I see that as a bonus, since it can change overnight with the stroke of a politicians pen. most make little to no money.For example i just saw a deal close in town here for $610K using only the sellers numbers its $2,500 positive per YEAR, no i did not mistype this, i ran it by my banker (very bright commercial guy) and he knew the property well, he said to stay away, it doesnt make any money. this is pretty typical of what I have seen over the past 11 years.

Our politicians in Seattle are writing laws that would have been wonderfully relevant 60 years ago, but today just contribute to expensive housing that is subsequently blamed on the free market system. 

At the end of the day, Chloe Eudaly is a politician.
