Hello. I just put my house for rent but I’m not sure where to do background check and what exactly look for when doing them. Can you please share what you use it would be great. Thank you. 

There are hundreds of posts on the BP forums every day.However, this does seem a bit more personal as all your recent forum comments are attacking anyone that speaks highly of Rent To Retirement.

It was in response to a potential emergency situation (ex: a water heater in one of my units was leaking and they paid a little over $2,000 for replacement).

If you and another person own a piece of real estate as tenants in common then you both own real estate. 

They might be willing to give different terms especially to a high net worth person that they can likely make money on cross selling.

and in response to your question about someone else - also difficult. 

The seller purchased the property to do a favor for someone and the person died.

I personally would stay away from condo-tels as they will be even worse and you'll have less opportunity to cash flow. 

Personally that is what I wanted, an active mentor.
