Views, location to attractions and layout of property can make or break you in a good location or not so great location.Some of my best STR’s are not my million dollar national park homes…. 

.- Ball park ranges - what can I expect the cost of this process to be?

Looking for permanent structure over being on wheels to avoid RV parking issues with the city and for the property value add with the permanent structure.

If its in a park or you are just buying the mobile itself, then you are just buying personal property, like a car.

I like areas like North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reeb-Hosack, and Driving park. 

Also, you have a lot of competition with Disney and Universal properties.I always stay at a Disney property to take advantage of the included transportation to easily park hop and not deal with having to drive and park.

I want to record the parking lot of my multi unit

The property is also on the smaller side and has street parking which is typical for Philly but shows that the property doesn’t have to be anything special.

I have my eyes set on a plot of land near my home where there is high income and significant traffic in a rapidly growing area in Cedar Park, Texas (north of Austin). 

Had a couple of cars towed when they parked in the driveway.
