Perhaps if your broker doesn't understand the investment game & how it overlaps with the retail market then you would have to explain that to them - as far as I can see, there shouldn't be any issues.

I read a suggestion on a DIY forum to tape the wall/ceiling joint flat (butt the tape into ceiling instead of overlapping) so you don't have to disturb then try to match the popcorn.

If you know that you have the room that you need to crush a deal, that's the deal you should do.While not all flippers are wholesalers and vice versa, there is a lot of overlap amongst those that do this full-time because the two are so synergistic.Wholesaling isn't as complicated as people make it out to seem.
