That's the vision Zillow's been building.Jeremy Wacksman, the guy steering Zillow's ship since he stepped up as COO in 2021, has been at the helm, turning what used to be a nuts-and-bolts listing service into a kind of magic wand for home buyers and sellers.

I have started doing my research and yes there are so many rules if it's not your primary residence that it's driving me nuts!

Assuming you are just now beginning investing, I recommend picking the 'lowest hanging fruit' and 'walking path of least resistance.'

Remember, referrals are the fruits of the trust and reputation you cultivate in the industry.

I sold because the market there is nuts right now: everything going for way more than it has been trading at over the last few years.

FIRPTA is a tough nut to crack for foreign investors wanting to take advantage of a 1031 exchange.

If you at least have a decent amount time, then you can try to find low hanging fruit on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, cold calling land owners. 

PLUS, I want to identify some low hanging fruit for ways I can go ABOVE AND BEYOND the expected.

And for someone to get so much of the fruits of my labor seems like an injustice to myself. does that help paint the picture a bit better? 

I always found the mindset of investors to be much different from a builder's.....it can drive you nuts being partnered with them.... :-)
