Welcome from a 'retired' GC from San Diego area. Are you sure you want to be a partner with an Investor? May be better to just work for them and use your profits to buy your own properties. I always found the mindset of investors to be much different from a builder's.....it can drive you nuts being partnered with them.... :-)
