Start networking with other investors to increase your access to real estate deals.Put your house on the market yourself on Zillow and Facebook marketplace and see if you can sell it yourself as a seller finance deal on what is called a wrap mortgage; especially if you have a low interest.

We acquire land years in advance through our network of real estate agents and wholesalers in the Jacksonville market.

Keep networking with locals in your market who are doing what you want to do and then you will be able to chart a path forward.

Wife and I are coming down from Toronto, Canada and we are looking to network with current investors, PM, RE Agents, etc...I tried finding meet ups in the forum section "Events & Meetups Section" but had no success.Would love to know of any meetups in Ohio in Jan, Feb or March 2025!

Although we do have our own money in every project we do, we rely heavily on our network of Private Lender's.
