Looking to connect with Canadians interested in investing in Kansas City

Hi everyone, I am a full time investor in Kansas City and my wife is Canadian (from Edmonton). I have had many conversations with her friends about the differences in our markets and  have recognized for a while now that there may be some mutually beneficial opportunities to work with Canadian investor specifically.

There are significant advantages to investing here (lower barrier to entry, much better price to rent ratio's, etc. etc.). I have a team and large network of wholesalers, contractors, property managers etc. I have also been doing quite a bit of research on Loan's, tax consequences etc., and am working towards being a expert in this niche.

What's in it for me? - The market is in a little bit of a lull right now (buyers market), its a great time to buy, but slower time to sell (my primary business is flipping houses) I can supplement my flipping business by providing project management services/consulting, helping investors find discounted properties, etc. etc. Please shoot me a message if you are interested, looking forward to connecting!
