Lower wealth people costs more for both vehicles and fuel.

As we renovated the property, added perimeter parking for cars/boats/RV and commercial vehicles and filled up the office bldg the cash flow was over $50K/month.

There are a number of people within those groups that are actively using those vehicles.

IMO, building wealth via SFR vehicle is hard work, in a highly competitive environment.  

Generally it is rated based on the # of properties, # of vehicles, and Limit (sold in multiples of $1,000,000).  

There is no scenario that you hit $17,000 unless the oil has hit a movable source like water or has contaminated a neighbor's property.
