Those flights would have probably cost anywhere from 900-1100 depending on the time of the year.

Las Vegas you could include as a distant LA suburb almost depending on traffic right or quick 45 min flight.

Not that I can’t get a new network, but I mostly live in Costa Rica now and value my time and the effort needed to do things an Orlando is an easy flight.2br vs 1br.

@Terry Lao For sure, and there is maybe close to several hundred thousand peeps a 45 minute flight away that probably are looking to invest in something RE and are probably getting pretty tired of getting outbid a dozen times in row. 

The last thing you want is to move into your new home and find out you are on the direct flight path of Frankfurt Airport!

In my search, which entailed looking at all cities that have direct flights from Santa Ana airport (in case I need to be there), I have basically narrowed my search to Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding suburbs.Looking forward to joining this great community that has been helping millions on the quest to financial freedom!

You are welcome to talk to the neighbors, the grocer, the local mailman, the 2 kids running the lemonade stand, the guys repairing the roads, the stoned high school kids 5 doors down, the pilot who flies a plane over on the daily flight to Salt Lake city or even the president of the local avian viewers club.

I have never done it myself, but my wifes uncle owns an airport and about 25 airplanes where they offer chartered flights for people.
