In trade, you get to be on a podcast (btw, search for Gary Vaynerchuk on YouTube, he's the guy, and he says SM/Podcast/Youtube the future).

I really like Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Agent book.

I do alot of work in schools and sometimes the kids are on tablets more than they read and write (not necessarily a good thing). gary vaynerchuk made a comment that people will miss a billboard sign because they are on their phone doing something while driving. 

I recommend you read "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller and apply what works for your schedule and time available. 

@Gary Michalske, depending on the estate and long term care planning side of things the 1031 might not be out of the question yet. 

There aren't a lot of great books out there on apartments, but my favorite RE book is 'Millionaire Real Estate Investor' by Gary Keller.  

Our "business plan" (including audited financials and a thorough statement of the risks) is outlined in our Offering Circular, which is available on our website and via the SEC's EDGAR system.As @Gary Headrick says, startup stock is illiquid and very high risk.

But that all said in these areas and especially like  Gary  you can buy houses for 1 to 2k  simply buy them and re market them for 4 or 5 k.. that is totally legal and makes you a TRUE investor..

I would suggest Eric Thomas, Gary Vaynerchuk, Grant Cardone just to name a few I listen to daily.

They approach I really like is essentially becoming the "Digital Mayor of your Town and or City" as termed by Gary Vee.Now if you are not familiar with what that means I give you the run down What really traditional marketing would be is, *forgive me if I exaggerate a bit*,  just plastering yourself in everyone's mind as, that's Joe the real estate agent, he seems to be everywhere I go.
