I have had no issues with using their rent collection services. 

Also, what skip tracing service are you using to find owners number.

You can also listen in on Rob Abasolo's Youtube channel (Rob is one of the recent Bigger Pockets host) and you will learn a lot from him.If this group offers an opportunity to invest with them or their properties, then it may be worth the price.

as well as little pockets on Cobb mtn.I have not looked at the air bnb situation there .. but with the Konocti Harbor inn finally being sold and put back into service if they do like in the past were they had nice music venue. there could be some demand in the general area for airbnb.and then of course ANY where lake front would have demand.. 

But at first, just be a great host and you'll get great reviews.
