It was difficult, but wasn't impossible and this is coming from someone who found out about a 1031 by accident on google.

Someone moves a dresser, or bed, scrapes it, they won't care... sorry, mark my words, accidents happen at any income!   

I have had accidents with two table saws. 

This seems to be a case of bad luck/accident.

That is just asking for an accident to happen. 

When our regular flooring/tile guy was in a motorcycle accident and spent a month in a rehab facility, we visited him a few times and brought in foods he was craving.... hamburgers and pizza!

2 things by using a space heater the regular thermostat is not registering the proper temp in a room,, or by using the stove,, the stove is a fire hazard and by no means should be used for heating.. who's paying for the fuel to heat or run the stove.. just plain wasted energyGet rid of her, let her out of lease all, she's accident waiting to happen and write her up for not properly using appliances,, NO space heater should be used in your lease,, that alone unattended is a fire hazard.You will never satisfy her

I've used Servpro for plumbing accidents and was happy with the service; I'm not sure if they deal with crime scenes.

Here in Portland there was a horrific fire (six people died) a few years ago.
