@Tim Bishop not to steal this thread but because its only you and me I will anyway.so when quote 300 to 400 per acre is that net after all logging and hauling costs.that's a lot of work for that return.. in the north west we NET 10,000.00 and acre LOLso a 20 to 40 acre track can net us 200 to 400k... .I have done it many times.. one 11 acre track I had netted us 500k... and I paid 125k for it...
