Diverse ethnic groups. 

And this is true with rich/poor, educated/uneducated, women/men, different ethnicities, or whatever the case may be.

All the profiles I read of this person leads me to believe that the individual is caucasian, no problem because ethnicity is never a deciding factor when doing business.  

An urban, racially and ethnically diverse neighborhood with high rises and 6 flats and single family homes on small lots....and the richest county in Michigan generally filled with woods, lakes, and suburban homes on large lots. 

People of various ethnic backgrounds too, some who are multilingual.
