want to fix the insulation/ceiling and maybe do durable flooring.there's a huge 8,000sqft yard in which i'd like to add an ADU to, but that can wait.any estimates or referrals would be greatly appreciate.  

I love the new LVT flooring for durability+style and it's extremely easy to install, the cost can be a bit more but there are deals out there 4.

Spend the money on durability where it makes sense.

If your someplace that has harsh winters, frozen pipes can be a nightmare for mobile homes so I would suggest checking the insulation underneath etc...I think the main difference is that mobile homes tend not to be as durable as a normal sf stick built home so your ongoing maintenance and repairs are usually higher.

Carpet will need to be replaced, wood will be durable, but also, without knowing the rest of the materials in the house, you probably want it to flow into the area you're entering.

Durability is the biggest thing here as well as cost.

Do you have any brands or models of washing machines that are durable, reliabled, and energy efficient?

Not sure what the commercial buildings use but I would like something professional and durable.. thanks for any input!!
