Alaska Tenant Proof Flooring for Rentals

I recently purchased a duplex in Anchorage, Alaska. Taking in account the cold, wetness with snow boots, etc. what would be the best bet for flooring. Looking to replace all the carpet downstairs and the cheap vinyl sheet flooring. Durability is the biggest thing here as well as cost. Leaning towards luxury vinyl but between the new waterproof or resistant laminate aswell. Thanks for the input!

Regards,

Ryan

I usually buy from giant Don's for LVP. They price match, delivery is 50 bucks, and they match with Alaska skymiles. So if you spend 3k and pay with your alaska card you get 6k points instead. Any other card you still get 3k
