I don't know any R, and before I learn any, how difficult will it be to download a batch of addresses using this API?

Most contracts I can download online or through the state real estate commission.

The main complaints are that there are numerous popups on your computer, the program does not work as well as promised, and many files do not actually download when you purchase them with your credit card through this website.
