The door sitting on the top of the fridge, the cleaning supplies by the fireplace, the large camera lens and other items on the counter top, the ladder and closet pole, dirty floor in bath, unfinished floor between rooms at top of stairs, lumber and materials on the outside of building. 

Or maybe I'm just looking at it through an upstate New York lens.

Through my lens, I believe the housing market here in San Diego has actually been more competitive throughout this pandemic over the previous 2 months, mainly due to the factors I mentioned above.

I suggest hanging your license with an investor focused brokerage to view transactions through an investor's perspective, seen best through a jeweler's loupe than the consumer's lens.
