I'm new to this area of RE investing and have been educating myself, but really like the idea of a course, coach, help getting started, etc.   

He lost one of his main coaches, Damon Knutson.

I want to create a different experience for my tenants.Outside of real estate, I enjoy my day job as a psychologist and relationship coach. 

There are also some affordable monthly educational subscriptions you can consider before paying tens of thousands for a coaching program.

Chris Ramsey sells a guide/ coaching on the topic of contractor garages.

We are working with a coach and have great tools for moving forward and really excited to get cranking.

I am not sure how folks who travel with their horses do it or what they look for.I have seen some pretty cool 3 sided stables built with pallets.A lot of the horse folks around here have really nice ($$$$) trailers that are half people trailers, half horse trailers (Equine Motor Coach - see pic) or they have Big Rigs that they tow everything with.....And yes I would provide feed, make it easy on them.

People either see the importance of taking risks but they’re scared of failure or people don’t see it and just need someone like a coach or mentor to help them start their journey of financial freedom.

Check out Antoine Martel, he has a software and coaching program called Flip System where they hand hold beginner real estate investors through the turnkey process they have completed over 1000 times.The process is typically stressful, teams on the ground are hard to assemble, there are many simultaneous moving parts, and time and capital invested isn't guaranteed to generate a return.
