It will take a leap of faith to do my first deal but if I have a credible partner or an investor who would allow me to work with them then I think it would be possible to secure a good deal.  

Once you have your team in place and vet them out, you kinda have to take a leap of faith and jump in on a deal.

I also had a young deeply religious family where the husband worked and the wife stayed home and home schooled the children in their faith. 

I've been getting the notifications like crazy and its all full of helpful information.I've been listening to the podcasts faithfully at work and taking notes when I hear new information.  

I'm having trouble putting faith in a tech company to provide tech services that I can't even get setup.I give a lot of leeway to the program simply from the BP referral to the site... but has anybody used this yet?

After I had a few of those properties by the time I'm 25-26, I would use a 1031 exchange to hopefully trade those into an apartment complex where things would really get rolling.On the other hand, I'd like to get started as soon as possible and have a potential private money lender offering to lend up to 80k to get me started in real estate (I know this individual very well and they have a lot of faith in me, they can see how passionate I am about it).

Know what you're getting into and take a leap out on faith and go for it.

Goal for Q2 2019Because our model is broken down like an assembly line, and each position is highly leveraged on other positions, we discovered we need to make a leap of faith and triple the size of our organization.

We learned and became confident and then grew from there.At the end of the day, it's taking an informed leap of faith and then buckling down and making it work.Hopefully there's a nugget or two in there that can help.
