- that brings up a list of all people who posted in the thread, and you scroll along and pick the person you want.Another way is to again use the "at" symbol @ followed by the first few (I think at least three) characters of the user's name; this can also allow you to tag colleagues to participate in a topic.

FYI, over the years, we've also learned to save a lot of money wasted on excessive management labor costs (we call them "stupid trips") by planning the occasional weekend to drive down, inspect our units and address any labor-cost intensive items that we can do over a 3-day weekend.
